Problem/Opportunity: Cadillac Fairview wanted its website to be more user-friendly, mobile-friendly, consistent with corporate brand standards, and a better converting acquisition channel for the LiVE by CF mobile app. It also needed to replatform its content management system for all web properties.
How I Helped: I was the product lead on the redesign/replatform of core CF websites, guiding the team on strategic decisions for all sites, in particular the corporate site (cadillacfairview.com) as well as the consumer-facing site (cfshops.com).
Business Outcome: A more mobile-friendly and modern representation of the CF brand and a more effective acquisition channel for the LiVE by CF mobile app.
