Problem/Opportunity: SCENE wanted its website to be more user-friendly, mobile-friendly, consistent with corporate brand standards, and a better converting acquisition channel for the program. It also needed to replatform its content management system.

How I Helped: I was the product lead on the redesign/replatform of the (scene.ca) website, working with an external content management vendor to build out the new site in a new content management system.

Business Outcome: A more mobile-friendly and modern representation of the new SCENE brand and a more effective acquisition channel for the loyalty program.
