Problem/Opportunity: SCENE wanted to be more relevant to a younger demographic. Its loyalty program had been supported by its website for many years, but it had no mobile app channel to engage with this younger demographic.
How I Helped: I was the product lead on the launch of the SCENE app across iOS and Android platforms. App features included a mobile SCENE card that could be scanned at program partner locations, member points/transaction history information, and information on ways to earn and burn SCENE points across various partners.
Business Outcome: The public launch of a 4.5+ star rated app that gave SCENE an entirely new channel to engage – and influence – millions of visits to Cineplex movie theatres annually.
