Problem/Opportunity: With the rise of Amazon, Indigo had seen a shift in how customers were purchasing physical books. Compared to that of Amazon, its online experience was not up to par and it needed its website to be a better converting channel for the sale of physical books. It also needed the online channel to start to sell general merchandise, something it had never done before.
How I Helped: I coached and mentored a team of Business Analysts to successfully deliver numerous holiday web releases on indigo.ca over multiple holiday seasons. These enhancements had a direct and meaningful impact on the holiday season performance indicators.
